Inspired by the boats and ships that pass by, our proposal for a residential tower along Biscayne Bay will add to the growing skyline of condominiums in the area.

Its simplistic and gently curved forms bring a refreshing change to the character of the village, with reflective high-performance glass and strategically rounded slab edges.
