An iconic coast in the Sunshine State.

Our proposal for a new condominium development in Miami is inspired by staples of the Florida lifestyle; water, paddles, docks, and boats. Along this prime beachside lot these gently curving terraces will feel right at home to beach-goers and passersby.

In addition to the concept design, we created before and after visualizations to show the building on the actual site. This will help gain investor interest and can make a big difference in getting city approval for the project. This tower has the potential to reshape the skyline in this area of Miami, bringing new life to this cornerstone lot along Collins Ave.
