Impact Architecture Studio is a design-centric firm dedicated to maximizing the positive impacts of architecture on the human experience.
We deal with carefully studied, contextual ideas that help us craft experiential, explorative designs. The boundaries of architecture are only as wide as we make them.
Process
We offer the full range of architectural services from the earliest stages of a project to a fully operational building. We provide consulting and concept design for feasibility studies, detailed design and production, and signed and sealed blueprints ready for construction. We also have a vast network of reliable partners that help us deliver on allied services and construction.
Site Analysis
Our primary focus in the pre-design stage is studying your property and identifying its various challenges and opportunities that we can work with to create something special.
Schematic Design
During the schematic design phase we work closely with you to understand what you need and how to best approach the project. From there we develop different design schemes and ideas that not only meet your needs but also exceed the design brief to maximize the site’s potential.
Design Development
Once we land on a design direction for the project, our team will dive into the finer details and iron out the design in preparation for construction. This includes making sure all aspects are code-compliant, climate-conscious, and spatially efficient.
Working Drawings and Implementation
With the design finalized, we can prepare a full set of blueprints and bring on contractors to implement the project. We will supervise and make sure all details and specifications are built as planned and facilitate the smooth turnover of the project to operational condition.
